Cranberry and Sunflower Seeds Breakfast Oats
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 T sunflower seeds
- 1 T dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of fat-free milk
Combine oats and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let oatmeal simmer until 90% of the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and pour oatmeal into a bowl. Top with sunflower seeds, cranberries and milk. Enjoy.
