- 500g lean beef mince
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbs tomato sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pct gravy made up with 250 mls boiling water
- 1 tbs chutney
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Spray a non stick pan with cooking oil spray and add chopped onion, mince and garlic and cook about 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover, bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Healthy Savoury mince, great on toast for breakfast and leftovers can be used as filling for jacket potatoes.
