Plan A Pool Party
A pool party! What a great idea. There's no better way to celebrate the end of the school year and the start of a sizzling hot summer, cooling off and having fun with friends & family.
All in all, relax, unwind and enjoy the company of your friends and family and the start of a wonderful holiday or break.
- Build on a Hawaiian theme, guests should wear their most colourful Hawaiian print shirts.
- Send invitations with bold colourful images and remind guests to bring swimsuits, towels and dry clothing. (Get the kids involved in the making of the invitations)
- Drape a buffet table with a bright colorful table cloth or even an inexpensive sarong will work.
- Scatter tropical flowers across the table and the pool.
- Party stores have lots of themed party accessories for you to use as decoration.
- Use floating candles in the pool when night falls and place candles where ever you can as it creates a lovely mood for your party.
- Light snacks and lots of fruits and coolers are great as you don’t want your guests to feel tired and lethargic from eating too much. Keep foods simple
All in all, relax, unwind and enjoy the company of your friends and family and the start of a wonderful holiday or break.
