What And How To Plant Organic
Alas, this is our last formal lesson from an expert (boohoo!) Don't worry though, our time together is by no means over. Other communication in the form of updates and some easy to read insights will follow as we get closer and closer to the BIG day. Dr. Wayne Ingwe has prepared an incredible lesson for us today. This is really an amazing, amazing article written especially for Planting Season:
What do you plant and how do you plant it? Because this information is so specific to each area, this lesson is quite long. It is available as a PDF and can be downloaded here . Again - this article is for people who really want to get stuck into the details. If you just want to stick a seed into the earth and water it, then all you have to do is follow this easy three-step process:
Step 1: Get a seed
Step 2: Put it into the earth
Step 3: Water it Growing something is as complicated as you choose to make it.
So I can only give you this additional advice:

So I can only give you this additional advice:
- Don't plant just one seed - either plant a pair of seeds or plant a couple of pairs next to each other
- Make sure it gets good sun and a little water every day
- Try and use good soil. You can plant it in your back-yard, but we really want your first little organism to be a success (I once said "little orgasm" by mistake - boy was that embarrassing). I would suggest buying soil to start with.
- Use certified organic seed if possible. Those who have gone before us have fought bravely to make organic farming possible (minute silence please) so let us support these amazing people.
- Make your plant part of your family. Give it emotion. I know this sounds nuts, but I promise you - the science is there!
