Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette
So delicious! It is simple to make, very tasty and goes well on your favorite salad or with bread, as a dipping sauce.
Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a glass bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
