Health Breakfast
- 1 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1 cup Ultra Mel Lite vanilla custard
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups of mixed berries
In a bowl, stir together the low fat yogurt and vanilla custard. Place the oats and raisins under the grill for about 1 minute. Drizzle honey over the oats, and place back under the grill until the oats and raisins are crispy.Remove from the grill, and spoon 3/4 into the bottom of 4 glasses or small bowls. Place a layer of mixed berries over the oats in each glass or bowl. Pour custard over the mixed berries. Top with the rest of the mixed berries, and sprinkle with the rest of the toasted oats and raisins. Serve.
