- 2 cups of cubed seedless watermelon pieces (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 2 scoops of low fat, vanilla frozen yogurt/or berry frozen yogurt
To make this summer smoothie add fruit to the blender first, blend for approx 20 seconds or until your preferred texture. Next, add the frozen yogurt, blend again for approx. 20 seconds. Enjoy.
